Br. David Domanski

Br. David Domanski, OFM Cap.

Hometown: Cleveland, OH.

Age: 40

Before Becoming a Friar: "I studied industrial design at the University of Cincinnati and designed kitchen, bath, and showering products for Moen Incorporated in North Olmsted, OH. I enjoyed being a part of Moen’s creative and collaborative design, marketing, engineering and research teams. I also was part of the Catholic young adult community in Cleveland which was a very formative experience for me."

Why I'm a Capuchin:  "I felt a call to a deeper prayer life and commitment to serving within the Catholic Church over the last five years before applying to enter Capuchin formation. The support I received from brothers during my discernment has carried over into my time as a temporary professed friar. The structure of daily liturgy and fraternity within Capuchin life has been a great catalyst to my growth as a human being. I’ve found each new year of formation to be increasingly life giving and inspiring in my walk with the Lord."
